TechStone 1K is a ready-to-use, coloured, paste-based technical layer designed to prepare and reinforce interior substrates before applying Basebeton on the floor.

Increases the mechanical stability of cement- and gypsum-based substrates. Minimises surface tension and prepares the base for flawless decorative coating.
Compatible with heated floors—if properly installed and in accordance with the heating protocol. Prevents stress-related cracks and preserves top-layer integrity.
Paste consistency allows for smooth, even application with trowel or spackle knife. Dries quickly and can be sanded before applying Basebeton or similar products.
Perfect for floor preparation. Can be applied on cement, gypsum, or other mineral-based indoor surfaces.
Before applying TechStone 1K, prime the surface with MCG Primer (diluted 1:1 with water for absorbent surfaces; undiluted for non-absorbent substrates). Once dry to the touch (±1 hour), apply TechStone 1K with a trowel or spackle knife in a layer of 0.5–1 mm. Let it dry for 4–6 hours at room temperature (18–25 °C), then sand with P40–P80 and vacuum thoroughly before applying the next layer.
