2-component base layer for floor reinforcement and levelling
TechStone 2K is a high-performance, two-component priming filler developed for preparing interior floors prior to the application of cement-based decorative systems like Basebeton.

Designed specifically to prime and reinforce floors for systems like Basebeton. Provides the ideal foundation layer before decorative application.
Easy to mix with supplied hardener. Can be applied evenly in one single layer with a trowel.
Can be sanded the next day and vacuumed before proceeding. Final thickness of 0.5–1 mm ensures flexibility without compromising strength.
Reduces the risk of cracking when applied over screeds with radiant heating. Ensures thermal compatibility when heating protocols are followed.
Before application, prime the surface with MCG Primer—diluted 1:1 for absorbent substrates or undiluted for non-absorbent ones. Once MCG is touch-dry (±1 hour), mix TechStone 2K thoroughly with the supplied hardener using a low-speed stirrer. Apply evenly with a French trowel or smoothing trowel. Allow to dry for approx. 24 hours. The next day, sand the surface with P60–P80 grit and remove all dust with an industrial vacuum cleaner.
