Situated in an exceptional location right on the canal of Empuriabrava, this villa offers a unique blend of comfort, style, and functionality for 8 people. The Mediterranean ambiance is perfectly complemented by modern finishes, including the use of Basebeton, a ready-to-use concrete plaster from Stone Age, which gives the villa a contemporary and robust appearance.
In the villa, the kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area are finished with Basebeton, providing a seamless concrete look that is both waterproof and hygienic – ideal for high-use areas. The kitchen was prefabricated in the Netherlands and finished with microcement, creating a durable and low-maintenance surface texture.
The spaces are finished with Basebeton, contributing to a robust and sleek look that perfectly complements the Mediterranean style of the home. The prefab kitchen, fully finished with Basebeton, is a real eye-catcher with its waterproof and low-maintenance surface – ideal for daily use in a holiday home. In the bathroom, the seamless Basebeton walls provide a modern, luxurious finish that is not only waterproof but also easy to clean. The seating area is subtly accented with Basebeton with a matte texture, giving the space a calm and understated atmosphere, fully in line with the Mediterranean character of the villa.
